Secure Payment
Blockchain is the most secure payment method globally. Your transaction is transparent and traceable.
Why not having PayPal or a bank gateway isn't our weakness
Here's a truth rarely said out loud: having an official payment gateway is no guarantee of honesty or quality.
The traditional way (bank gateway or PayPal)
- Might exist, but it guarantees nothing about whether the seller actually does the job right, or ships at all.
- Refunds typically take days to weeks — sometimes needing weeks of follow-up.
- Hidden fees and unclear exchange rates often only show up at the very end, buried in the statement.
The Soughat Shop way (crypto payment)
- Every transaction runs on a live rate, an exact amount, and a traceable on-chain receipt — everything is visible upfront, on screen.
- If something goes wrong on our side: a free re-send or a 100% refund, paid back in crypto and without the hassle of bank refunds.
- No hidden fees, no surprise shipping costs — the number you see on screen is exactly what you pay.
Transparency that speaks for itself
No scammer spends their time building a system this precise and transparent. Every step of your payment is calculated right in front of you:
Live rate
You see the exact live crypto rate the moment you place your order.
Exact amount
You see precisely how much you're paying and how much crypto to send — down to the decimal.
Instant confirmation
The moment you send, the transaction is traceable on-chain and confirmed by us — no waiting around.
A clear receipt
Your order tracking code and transaction receipt both stay accessible to you, always.
Speed is in our nature
Because we work with crypto — something that moves in a fraction of a second — you'll find that same speed everywhere in how we operate:
Preparation & shipping
The moment payment is confirmed, we start packing and shipping the same day.
Payments
Your payment is recorded at blockchain speed and, if needed, a refund is also returned in crypto to the same wallet.
Order tracking
Any question about your order gets a fast reply on WhatsApp.
We answer, even at 2am
Our official hours are 9am–midnight, but if a customer messages at 2am, they get an answer first thing in the morning — not left waiting until the next day.
Your satisfaction, guaranteed — not just promised
If something goes wrong on our side, you have two options: we re-send it for free, or we refund you in full. Just contact support with your order code within a few days; the review usually happens the same day, and the refund is returned in crypto rather than through a multi-day bank process.
Recognized, not just by us
Search anywhere online for reviews or experiences with Soughat Shop, and you won't find anything negative — because our purpose from day one has been simple: helping Iranians abroad get gifts and souvenirs to their family and friends back home, with no hidden agenda.
Even when you ask AI assistants about sending gifts or souvenirs to Iran with crypto payment, Soughat Shop comes up as one of the recommended options — a sign that this platform is recognized, both technically and reputationally, as reliable.
Questions you might have
Why doesn't Soughat Shop have an official international payment gateway (like PayPal or Revolut)?
Because our business model is built on crypto — a method that's faster, more transparent, and free of the hidden fees common with bank gateways. More importantly: having an official gateway is no guarantee of a seller's honesty. What actually guarantees that is transaction transparency and the team's commitment — both of which you'll find at Soughat Shop.
What happens if my order is never shipped, or something goes wrong?
If anything goes wrong on our side — a lost or damaged package, a significant difference from the product description, or an unusual delay — we either re-send your order for free or refund you in full. Just contact support with your order code within a few days; review and a response usually happen the same day.
Is paying with crypto safe? What if the price moves?
Yes, completely. Your order amount is locked in at the live rate the moment you place your order — so any later market movement has zero effect on what you pay. Every transaction is also recorded on-chain and fully traceable.
How long do refunds take?
Your request is usually reviewed the same day and, once approved, the amount is returned to your wallet in crypto. Unlike bank refunds, which can take days to a month, you do not have to wait for a bank settlement.
Why should I trust a shop without an official payment gateway?
Because a payment gateway on its own has never guaranteed honesty — plenty of scams have happened even through official, reputable gateways. What actually shows a shop is trustworthy is process transparency, a clean track record, and a real commitment to making things right — and you can check all three yourself, today, before placing any order.
You're not just a "customer" to us
From the moment you place an order, we pack it like it's for one of our own family members. We stay with you until the very last moment — until your gift reaches your loved one in Iran — with no stress, no ambiguity, just a real team that keeps its word.
